YBTX-H Series Explosion-proof Three Phase Marine Asynchronous Motor For Axial Flow Fan

YBTX-H series motors are totally enclosed explosion-proof three phase asynchronous motors. The motors are designed and manufactured according to GB3836.1 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atomosphere-part1: General requirement” and GB3836.2 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere-part2:Flameproof enclosure “d ”.The motors have good performance ,low noise and easy maintenance. The motors can be used on the explosive mixture which compounds with temperature class T1~T4 easy-ignition air or steam and air , where explosion-proof mark is ExdⅡCT4 Gb. The motors can be worked with CBZ-Ⅱ type of axial flow fan.

Ambient temperature: -25~45℃ ;

Altitude:<1000m；

Relative humidity : ≤95%；

Inclination and swing : ±22.5℃(The longitudinal and lateral tilt might happen) ;

Oil-mist , salt-mist , fungus and sea water exist ;

Shock and vibration might happen during shipping ;

In air there might be existing explosive mixture which compounds with temperature class T1~T4 easy-ignition air or steam and air.
